I just realized that Christmas was a month ago today! Crazy how fast a month goes by. We are already almost one month into 2014!
With trying to become more organized, I have created a Meal Menu to help me plan meals each week. I decide one week (or even two weeks) in advance what to eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day (I do a lot of Pinterest meal idea searching!) I then create my grocery list from the meal menu. So far this method has worked for me. Maybe it will work for you too!?

Let's be honest though, there are going to be busy weeks where I skip the menu and my family just eats what we have in the cupboards! That's life sometimes! I just like to know I have the option to be organized when I can be :). The meal menu also helps me to eat more clean and healthy. If I have the menu planned out, I will be less likely to go through a drive thru because I don't know what to make for dinner one night. It is also nice to save the menus from each week and refer back to them when you need meal ideas.
